Nicole completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy at the University of Strathclyde in 2003. She stayed on at the University of Strathclyde to do a fast track L.L.B., graduating in 2007. Nicole then obtained a Diploma in Legal Practice at Glasgow Graduate School of Law in 2008. 

Nicole travelled east for her traineeship, working at Morton Fraser LLP in Edinburgh for two years and gaining experience in the areas of Commercial Property, Civil Litigation and Private Client. She became a Notary Public in 2009.

In 2010, after qualifying as a Solicitor, Nicole returned to Glasgow and joined Frank Irvine Solicitors to specialise in the fields of Mental Health and Incapacity Law. Nicole has made a significant contribution to the development and relocation of the business and, as a result, was promoted to Associate Director in 2016.

Nicole’s experience in Mental Health and Incapacity Law has been recognised by regular appointments as Curator ad Litem and Safeguarder by various Courts and the Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland.
